They can be adapted to many different routines because they are undated. Additionally, you can use them only on the days/weeks/months when you feel the need or have a larger volume of tasks.
Here at Meg, we have 3 options: Weekly Planner, Daily Planner, and Monthly Planner.
They can be used together or separately, depending on each person's routine. Some people, like doctors, tattoo artists, and lawyers, have appointments and this can be organized in the Daily Planner. Other people prefer a more general overview, and this can be organized in a Monthly Planner. Students or those studying for competitive exams can use the Weekly Planner to divide the content to be studied or mark test or assignment days.
But when we use the pads in combination, control becomes even more complete: it's very interesting to have a micro and macro view of tasks.
In this post, we will teach you how to use the pads and also give suggestions for using them together. Shall we?
How to use a Daily Planner:
-
Write down appointments with times;
-
Distribute other daily tasks at the times you plan to do them;
-
Highlight main goals and plan your meals for the day.
How to use a Weekly Planner:
-
Create a list of all tasks and deadlines for the upcoming week;
-
Mark the dates next to the day of the week on the planner for easy visualization;
-
Place tasks with a delivery date or specific deadline on the corresponding days. The remaining tasks can be distributed throughout the days.
How to use a Monthly Planner:
-
Mark the dates in the designated spaces to create the calendar;
-
Write down commitments (meetings, exams, work deliveries, etc.) on their due date;
-
Mark personal and/or professional goals for the month in the list next to it.

Daily Planner + Monthly Planner:
The Planner is undated, meaning it can be used for any month according to your needs. Here at Meg, we usually have some key dates (like a live stream or a launch) and these, for example, can be highlighted in the monthly view.

We have a post dedicated to the Monthly Planner here on the blog, with several tips on how to use it and also how to use washi tapes and colored pens to boost productivity.
In the Daily Planner, we can break down each of the main tasks highlighted in the Monthly Planner, and this way they can be done little by little. This helps alleviate the burden of tasks and also encourages us to complete each step within the proposed time.
Another interesting point of this pad is that it is divided by time, and thus it is possible to determine a duration for each activity. When we do something that lasts more than 1 hour, we usually draw a line occupying the hours used.

Additionally, the pad has 2 fields to highlight the most important tasks of the day. This way, we don't lose focus on what's essential for that day.

Weekly Planner + Monthly Planner:
Using the Weekly Planner with the Monthly Planner will help you control your routine as we mentioned above: in a macro and micro way. The monthly view will show the main dates, and the weekly view will be used to help complete the smaller tasks that make up the main one.
On the website, we have 3 models of Weekly Planners: the Mini Weekly Planner, the Big Plans Weekly Planner, and the Weekly Planner. They have the same function, but the main difference is the size: the Mini Weekly Planner was created with the idea of being an item that can be placed in front of the computer keyboard, making it easy to check what needs to be done while working. The Big Plans Weekly Planner, on the other hand, has more space, allowing you to describe tasks in more detail. Its right side has lines that can be used for making lists, notes, and reminders.
Tip: regardless of the planner you choose to use to organize yourself, it's good to remember that overloading your task list usually paralyzes us. Try to do a little each day.
Planners can also be used to organize exercise routines, weekly menus, travel itineraries, study routines, among other activities :)
We hope you enjoyed it and that this post helps you organize your routine.
A kiss.
