You can choose your payment method between PIX and Credit Card. Transactions are processed by Mercado Pago, and for credit card payments, we accept installments in up to 3 interest-free payments.
Shipping methods
When finalizing your order, you can choose your preferred shipping method. See details on each shipping option here:
Correios (Brazilian Post Office)
With Correios, we deliver throughout Brazil! Your product will be shipped via SEDEX or PAC, according to the option chosen when finalizing the order.
The delivery time and price will vary significantly depending on the destination city and the chosen shipping method at checkout. An estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout. After your payment is approved, our shipping time is up to 5 business days, okay? :)
Please note that pre-order items have a longer lead time for shipping to begin (usually 45 days after purchase).
The calculation of the SEDEX or PAC cost is done automatically at checkout.
As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you the tracking code and the tracking link. Remember to check the Correios website for the status of your purchases! They make up to 2 delivery attempts to the final destination; if no one is available to receive the package, it will be returned to Meg & Meg, and a new shipping fee will be charged (even for orders with free shipping), okay?
If your order was returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, please send an email to ajuda@megemeg.com.br. We will analyze the reason for the return and help you with reshipping. If the address was incomplete or incorrect in the website registration, we will need to charge a new shipping fee, okay?
Meg & Meg will not be able to retrieve the package if delivery is made to the wrong location due to an error during registration.
* Orders with Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping will be sent via PAC
Free Shipping
All orders above R$400.00 qualify for free shipping! We will choose the most economical shipping method, so the package will usually be sent via PAC :)
