Hi everyone, how are you all doing?
In today's post, I'm going to talk a little about the productivity technique I've been using, which helps me a lot in organizing my day.
I called it TOP 3, which is simply listing the 3 most important things to do in your day or week. It may seem silly, but putting this into practice really helps you stay focused and get tasks done.
It's super simple, but a few tips make this method more efficient:
- Writing tasks down on paper makes the activity visual, and this activates our memory more often. So, you already know what our Kit Sticky Notes 1 2 3 was developed for, right? :)
- Once you start a task, see it through to the end. Interruptions harm our productivity and break our train of thought.
- Don't list more things than you can actually do. If you push yourself too hard, you'll be deceiving yourself, and that leads to frustration. The ideal is to list activities that can realistically be completed that day or week.
- Finished a task? Cross it off the list! It's a super satisfying and motivating feeling to cross an item off your to-do list.
Luiza Ferro, from Blog Sem Moldura, made a very cool and useful video with productivity tips using Meg & Meg products. If you haven't seen it yet, head over there to see these tips in action.
So, what do you think? I hope this technique helps you complete your obligations faster and leaves you more time to enjoy your day.
Lots of love!
